| Abstract | Peculiarities in attribution of positive sides of military service by the enlisted personnel, the ranks and contracted non-commissioned officers, are under consideration. It is found that these peculiarities in attribution of positive sides of military service by above mentioned enlisted personnel are variable and related to three factors: high service order, acceptable material conditions of service, professional promotion.
