| Abstract | Results of natural researches of formation of an actual zone of the infection which are a consequence of hit of dangerous chemical substances in atmosphere in two cases are presented: at free development of an emergency situation and at statement of water veils during carrying out of a wrecking. Quantitative laws of formation and dispersion of a cloud of a toxic impurity are described. The data of calculation of factor of regress and local factor of a roughness of a surface is presented.
