| Abstract | The full-scale experiments on gas exchange between two compartments at the initial stage of the fire have been carried out. Time as well as burnt fire load dependence of indoor temperature in both compartments, rate of gas flows and temperature in the doorway vent has been obtained. The gas pressure difference depending on vent height has been estimated.
