Abstract | The actuality of cadets’ acmeological competence formation – the future specialists of efficient-rescue service of civil protection is defined on the basis of acmeological approach to the process of professional education in the higher educational establishment. The author proves the necessity of cadets’ acmeological competence achievement on the stage of early maturity and the necessity of such type of competence pedagogical technology development. It is also offered the adjusted by author in the process of investigation the concept “acmeological competence” definition, the components are named, criteria and the levels of acmeological competence. It is suggested developed by the author pedagogical technology, its conceptual basis, structure, the content of the work is revealed on each of the stage (preparatory-organizational, content-processional, analytic-correctional); diagnostic methods are defined, pedagogical and acme forms, methods which will be used in the process of experimental work implementation. |
