Abstract The technique is developed for conducted full-scale experimental study of steel frame structures fire resistance with structural fire protection. The thermal results and steel frame structures displacements with different structural fire protection thicknesses under three- and two-sided fire exposure are found. The effect of the adjacent walling fire resistance on steel frames with structural fire protection warming rate is determined. The steel columns displacements at the control points are measured. An increase of steel structures construction sections warming rate is detected, compared with single elements standard tests.
