| Abstract | The questions about the features of the motivational sphere of personality, which act inside a prerequisite for successful formation of professional growth of students Command-Engineering Institute of Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Belarus. Attention is paid to the analysis of modern theories of motivation in the domestic and foreign literature. Identified internal and external factors affecting the formation of motivational readiness for professional activities.
